"Many" projects have been developed in Brazil, some successfully, some not

The quotation marks above are an indication of the relative small amount of leisure property developments developed in Brazil in comparison with the enormity of the country and the thousands of kilometers of gorgeous coastline.

It will therefore be relatively easy to find land on the coastal areas. The difficulty lies in the right location. This has been said before..... but is particularly true for Brazil. Due to its enormity not all areas are easily reachable and many areas just are not developed enough. This means that there is no infrastructure, no educated staff and no development for tourists. Although this lack of facilities could be interesting for some niche product, it will mostly bring difficulties.

ImoInvest has extensive knowledge on the various areas in Brazil. On the left you find a small number of projects readily available.
